I made these as chicken breasts by browning the chicken in a cast-iron skillet, then transferring to a 450 degree oven for 15 minutes. Then, I brushed the honey glaze on for an extra 2 minutes. Your version of Spicy Honey-Brushed Chicken will be extra spicy (because I ran out of some spices) and yours will have even more honey goodness, as the pan had a lot of glaze left over that I didn't see until I got home.
